DPH260 High speed blister packing machine

Features：

1.The control system adopts bus control (motion controller) and data line transmission to avoid signal loss. This control is conducive to the use of the production line, and can truly realize data collection and remote control.

2.All the process of machine is controlled by separate servo motor of Schenider brand .

3.The forming step adopts CNC slide table to clamp the step, the stepping accuracy is high, there is no cumulative error, and the stepping error is ≤±0.02mm. When the step distance changes, it can be adjusted directly by simply entering data on the touch screen.

4.The exterior of the equipment is made of 304 stainless steel and transparent tempered plexiglass in line with 3C standards. The material which contact with the drug is made of 316L stainless steel or better stable material that is not easy to fall off. Other materials that come into contact with the material are made of food-grade polymeric materials.

5.There are inspection sensors in the position of PVC spreading and PTP roller spreading , if the foil nearly used up , the machine will alram or stop automatically .

6.The machine moving step is controlled by servo motor,sothere is no malfuction of unsynchronours ,no limit of step distance and save foil .

7.Cutting is controlled by servo motor also , no unsynchronours problem , no limit of step distance , accurace can be 0.01.

8.Foil joint system , easy operate save time and efficiency.

9.All the forming mold is fixed by flug , easy exchange and adjustment

10.PVC Spreading roller can be automactically or both manualy .
